Vladimir Tutkevich, Executive director, CFA Association Russia.
Vladimir graduated in 1995 from the Moscow Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) with major in Foreign Economic Relations. As Associate Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) until August 2010, he originated new investments and maintained IFC's portfolio in the manufacturing, real-estate and services sectors in Russia and the CIS.
Prior to IFC, he promoted corporate governance practices with Standard and Poor's Russia and the National Association of Independent Directors. Vladimir has over ten years of experience in corporate finance, financial markets consultancy, and project management. Fluent in French and English languages. Native - Russian.

As CFA Russia's executive director, I am working towards establishing the CFA community as the leading provider of professional development, advocacy, education, information and career support to professionals of the investment industry in Russia and the CIS.
